Along with the general upgrading and expansion of the existing building in order to create the new Hartel S.A. paper plant in the Sindos industrial area, an office building of 1,250 m2 was created within the larger building volume. The office facades are marked by the use of curtain walls and brick cladding.
The office building houses the company's sales department, the admission and the maintenance offices and part of the general administration department. Toilets, changing rooms, a restaurant for the staff and a medical office are situated on the ground floor. Emphasis is given to construction details and use of high quality cladding material (marble, wood, acoustic ceilings) to achieve high standards in all areas.
