The project involved the construction of a new concrete building with metal roof, attached to an old tobacco warehouse and a whole façade reconstruction. The resulting building, of approximately 11.600 m², includes a two-storey administration office building. At the same time extensive works were carried out at the surrounding space involving the construction of drainage and sewage system, a sewage treatment plant, external lighting, an underground water tank, a weighbridge, fencing with a guard room for the main entrance and tree planting.
