Our company undertook the upgrade of an existing devalued building in Kalochori, Thessaloniki. Its impressive transformation was based on the designs of architect Kostas Antoniou.
The original main structure body of the building was maintained and reinforced where necessary while new facades were formed using PU panels. The building’s interior was upgraded so that it can meet up with modern storage requirements and the external area was suitably arranged. Total building area is 1.500m².
