Steel building of 3,600 m2 total area used for cheese production which also incorporates office spaces and a microbiology laboratory on the ground floor and toilets, changing rooms and restaurant on the first floor. The building provides a totally user-controlled indoor environment with high standards of hygiene. The complex also includes a separate building used as workshop – boiler room. At the same time extensive works were carried out at the surrounding space involving the construction of drainage and sewage system, external lighting, a weighbridge, fences, pavements and roads and a traffic node connecting the plant with the old Thessaloniki - Evzoni highway.
