HERCON completed in 2001 the construction of a commercial and storage purpose building, designed by architect Kostas Antoniou and owned by Ergoktimatiki Makedonias S.A.. The construction consists of a reinforced-concrete building of 1.450 m² (ground floor and mezzanine) and a steel storage building of 1.010 m².
At the same time, fence, sewage, drainage and lighting systems for the surroundings were constructed as well as the necessary roads.
