The successful “Grocery of Thessaloniki” got its bio little brother in an adjacent space. For this new store architect Aris Georgiou designed a space that brings warm memories of the past while serving the functional requirements of the present. A metal case full of fresh fruits and vegetables welcomes the customer, reminding the traditional windows in neighboring “Kapani” open market, and the “carpet” of handmade tiles at the entrance conjures memories of the early last century houses. Key feature of the store is the arched hallway which is brightly lit with classic bulbs of opal and bronze and LED tapes that emphasize the ceiling curve, and leads to the back. Under HERCON’s supervision your tasty journey continues to more healthy and fresh flavors.
