HERCON - P. ERMEIDIS S.A. aims to provide full project management services. HERCON can take over all steps of the design and construction of a project - from the preparation of feasibility studies, spatial and building analysis, the issue of all required licenses, up to the costing and completion of a quality, technically sound construction within a specified timeframe and a specific cost. The construction can be done by any method the client considers appropriate, ie either in the form of contract work or as a project management service.
