COMMERCIAL STOREHOUSE EXPANSION

Almost a decade after the construction of its first building, "A. Konstantinidou S.A. - INART" assigned us to construct the expansion of its commercial warehouses in Kalohori. The new building consists of 2 blocks attached to the existing one and expanding into the company’s adjacent field. The new buildings total a surface of 3,500 m2 and consist of a reinforced concrete foundation and steel superstructure with polyurethane panel cladding. Within the warehouse a small office space and hygiene spaces were contructed. Hercon also constructed parking lots, pavements and roads in the outside spaces, approximately 6.000m2.
